Why I Want to Homeschool MY Kids Someday, By Maddie

Homeschooling gives you a way to be with your children while they do school. It also gives you a way to know what they are learning and how they are doing with school work. Plus you can have school done before lunch. But the most important thing is GOD.

Catherine , Called Birdy

This book is about a  young maiden named Catherine and her father is determined to marry her off to a rich man - any rich man,no matter how awful. Then Lord shaggy berd comes along and wants to marry Catherine. But Catherine won't let him get away with that! So to make a story short. 

 Catherine gets rid of him and Catherine marries a man she wants to marry. 

        This book is kind of a journal like this. 

              May 25th

                 Then she talks about the day. 

The Hundred Dresses

This book is about a girl named Wanda who wore the same faded blue dress to school and she said "she said she had a hundred dresses in her closet all lined up". The girls that teased her didn't believe her.Then one day there was a drawing contest and two of the girls that teased Wanda thought they were going to win the contest but when they came in dress pictures were all over the room.The teacher said the winer was Wanda.Then they heard that she had moved away Maddie and Penny were sorry about teasing Wanda. 

My favorite part was the picture of all the dresses she drew. 

They were very pretty.
